(uhn' ni) Personal name perhaps meaning, “afflicted” or “answered.” 1. Levitical harpist in David's time (1Chronicles 15:18,1 Chronicles 15:20 ). 2 . Levite returning from Exile with Zerubbabel (Nehemiah 12:9 ). The Hebrew Masoretic text reads Unno; the scribal marginal notes (Qere) read Unni.
