(zab' di) Personal name meaning, “my gift” or short form of “Yah gives.” 1. Son of Zerah of the tribe of Judah (Joshua 7:1 ). 2 . Man of the tribe of Benjamin (1 Chronicles 8:19 ). 3 . Man in charge of the wine cellars of David (1 Chronicles 27:27 ). 4 . Son of Asaph who led in thanksgiving and prayer (Nehemiah 11:17 ).
