Zerahites
Holman Bible Dictionary
(zuhr' uh hitess) Name of two families, one from the tribe of Simeon (Numbers 26:13 ), the other from the tribe of Judah (Numbers 26:20; Joshua 7:17 ), descended from men named Zerah. Two of David's thirty elite warriors, Sibbecai and Maharai, were Zerahites (1Chronicles 27:11,1 Chronicles 27:13 ).
