Confessor, Bishop of Moville, born Ulster, Ireland, c.495;died 589. He was a descendant of Fiatach the Fair. He studied under Saint Colman, Saint Mochae, and Saint Ninian. Returning from a pilgrimage to Rome, he founded the monastery of Druim Fionn, and the school of Moville, and composed a rule and penitential code for his monks.
