Ashdoth

People's Dictionary of the Bible

Ashdoth (ăsh'doth). outpouring of torrents, a ravine. A district situated near Mount Pisgah, called also "Ashdoth-Pisgah" or "slopes of Pisgah," R. V. In the margin, "The springs of Pisgah." Deuteronomy 3:17; Deuteronomy 4:49; Joshua 12:3.
