Smith's Bible Dictionary

Gaz'zam. (devouring). The Bene-Gazzam, (that is, sons of Gazzam), were among the families of the Nethinim who returned from the captivity with Zerubbabel. Ezra 2:48; Nehemiah 7:51. (B.C. 536).
