* Notes: (1) In Romans 13:9 , the preposition en, "in," with the article, lit., "in the," is translated "namely." (2) In 1 Corinthians 7:26 the RV, "namely," and AV, "I say," do not translate anything in the original, but serve to reintroduce the phrase "that this is good." Copyright Statement
