(a.) Sounding harsh and loud, like resounding brass.

(a.) Impudent; immodest; shameless; having a front like brass; as, a brazen countenance.

(a.) Pertaining to, made of, or resembling, brass.

(v. t.) To carry through impudently or shamelessly; as, to brazen the matter through.
