Colossus

Webster's Dictionary

(n.) A statue of gigantic size. The name was especially applied to certain famous statues in antiquity, as the Colossus of Nero in Rome, the Colossus of Apollo at Rhodes.

(n.) Any man or beast of gigantic size.
