(a.) Sticky; adhesive; raw; - said of paint, varnish, etc., when not well dried.

(2):

(a.) Dowdy, shabby, or neglected in appearance; unkempt.

(3):

(n.) An ill-conditioned, ill-fed, or neglected horse; also, a person in a like condition.
