Eutychus
Holman Bible Dictionary
(eeu ti chuhss) Personal name meaning, “good fortune.” A young man who listened to Paul the apostle preach in Troas (Acts 20:9-10 ). Overcome with sleep, Eutychus fell from a third floor window sill and was picked up dead. Paul, however, embraced the youth, and Eutychus was restored to life.
