Holman Bible Dictionary
(hay' zahr-hat' tih cahn) Place name meaning, “middle village.” Ezekiel named it as the border of the future Israel (Ezekiel 47:16 ). Some Bible students think the original text read Hazor-enan as in Ezekiel 47:17; Ezekiel 48:1 (REB). The location is not known.
