Jiphthah-el
Holman Bible Dictionary
(jihf' thuh-ehl) Place name meaning, “God opened.” A valley marking the border of the tribal territories of Asher and Zebulun (Joshua 19:14 ,Joshua 19:14,19:27 ). The modern name is wadi el-Melek. Modern translations transliterate Iphtah-el.
