Holman Bible Dictionary
(mih hyoo jay' ehl) Personal name meaning, “struck by God” or “priest of God.” Son of Irad (Genesis 4:18 ). Some interpreters see the name as a variant form of Mahalelel (Genesis 5:12-17 ).
