(mihssh' eh ehl) Personal name perhaps meaning, “who is what God is?” 1. Cousin of Moses and Aaron (Exodus 6:22 ) who helped bury Nadab and Abihu (Leviticus 10:4 ). 2 . One standing with Ezra at the public reading of the law (Nehemiah 8:4 ). 3 . One of Daniel's three friends (Daniel 1:6-7 ,Daniel 1:6-7,1:11 ,Daniel 1:11,1:19; Daniel 2:17 ), given the Babylonian name Meshach.
