(noh uh di' uh) Personal name meaning, “Yah has met.” 1. Levite who returned from Exile and served as a Temple treasurer (Ezra 8:33 ). 2 . Prophetess who discouraged Nehemiah's building of the walls of Jerusalem (Nehemiah 6:14 ).
