Martyrs, died Ceuta, Morocco, 1227. Daniel was the Franciscan provincial of Calabria. He went to preach the Gospel to the infidels of Morocco, accompanied by the monks Agnellus, Samuel, Donulus, Leo, Hugolinus, and Nicholas.
