"at once" (from, ek, "out of," and autes, the genitive case of autos, "self or very," agreeing with "hour" understood, i.e., "from that very hour"), is translated "forthwith" in the RV in Mark 6:25 (AV, "by and by"); Acts 10:33 (AV, "immediately"); 11:11 (ditto); 21:32 (ditto); 23:30 (AV, "straightway"); Philippians 2:23 (AV, "presently").
