1: στρωννύω

(Strong's #4766 — Verb — stronnumi — strone'-noo-mee )

or stronnuo, "to spread," is used of "furnishing a room," Mark 14:15; Luke 22:12; of "making a bed," Acts 9:34; in Matthew 21:8; Mark 11:8 , "spread" (AV, "strawed," twice). See SPREAD.

2: ἐξαρτίζω

(Strong's #1822 — Verb — exartizo — ex-ar-tid'-zo )

"to fit out, to prepare perfectly, to complete for a special purpose" (ex, "out," used intensively, and artios, "joined," artos, "a joint"), is used of "accomplishing" days, Acts 21:5 , i.e., of "terminating" a space of time; of being "completely furnished," by means of the Scriptures, for spiritual service, 2 Timothy 3:17 .
