Zechariah 13:9 (a) This beautiful type represents the living GOD dealing with His people and cleansing them from evil ways. (See also Isaiah 48:10). It is a type of the bitter experiences through which the Lord permits His people to pass in order to make them better Christians. (See also Malachi 3:2).
