Manahem
Watson's Biblical & Theological Dictionary
was the sixteenth king of Israel, and son of Gadi. He revenged the death of his master Zachariah, by killing Shallum, son of Jabesh, who had usurped the crown of Israel, A.M. 3232, 2 Kings 15:13 , &c. Manahem reigned in his stead.
