mḗ - h̄´da ( מחידא , meḥı̄dhā' , "renowned"; "Meeda" (1 Esdras 5:32)): Ancestor and patronymic of a family of Nethinim who came back from Babylon with Zerubbabel ( Ezra 2:52; Nehemiah 7:54 ).
