Altensteig (Or Altenstaig),Johann
a German Catholic theologian, lived in the first half of the 16th century. He was for a time professor at Tubingen, and published, Vocabularium Vocum quce in Operibus Grammticorcum Plusinorum Continentur (Tubingen, 1508; Hagenau, 1512 and 1515): — Vocabularium Theoloviculs (Hagen au, 1517): — Commentaries in Henrici Bibelici Triumphum Veneris (Strasburg, 1515): — Ars Epistolandi (Hagenau, 1512).
