LL.D., bishop of Norwich, England, was born in 1744, and was educated at Winchester and New College, Oxford.' He was made canon of Christ Church, Oxford, 1775; and bishop of Norwich, 1805. He died in London, 1837. His publications were few, consisting of Charges to his clergy, occasional Sermons, and a Letter to Wilberforce, 18.
