(Βεέλσαρος ), one of the chief Israelites ("guides") that returned from Babylon with Zerubbabel (1 Esdras 5:8); evidently the BILSHAN (See BILSHAN) (q.v.) of the genuine texts (Ezra 2:2; Nehemiah 7:7).
