Cyclopedia of Biblical, Theological and Ecclesiastical Literature

a minister of the Methodist Episcopal Church South,. was born at Columbus, N. C., Feb. 22,1809. He removed to Georgia in 1815; experienced. religion in 1827; received license to preach the same year; and in 1845 entered the Alabama Conference, wherein. he labored until 1853, when he became superannuated.
