Credi, Lorenzo Andrea Di

Cyclopedia of Biblical, Theological and Ecclesiastical Literature

(called Sciarpelloni), a reputable Florentine painter, was born about 1452, and studied under Andrea Verocchio at the same time with Leonardo da Vinci. He painted many Madonnas and Holy Families.
