Davis, Charles S.

Cyclopedia of Biblical, Theological and Ecclesiastical Literature

a Methodist Episcopal minister, was employed in 1835 as teacher in Hammondsport, N.Y.; in 1838 admitted into the East Genesee Conference; located and resided near Havana, N.Y., from 1850 to 1861; eventually became a superannuate, and died November 5, 1870, in his sixtieth year.
