Gardiner, Richard

Cyclopedia of Biblical, Theological and Ecclesiastical Literature

an English divine, was born at Hereford in 1591, educated at the school there, and at Christ Church, where he was canon in 1629. In 1630 he was chaplain to Charles I. He died in 1670.
