Cyclopedia of Biblical, Theological and Ecclesiastical Literature

a Protestant theologian of Germany, was born March 15, 1747, at Barleben, near Magdeburg. He studied at Halle, was in 1774 teacher at Klosterbergen, in 1779 preacher, and died January 21, 1830.
