Guidiccioni, Christoforo
Cyclopedia of Biblical, Theological and Ecclesiastical Literature
an Italian prelate and writer, was born at Lucca in 1536. After being rector of the Church of St. Synesius in that city, he was appointed, in 1578, bishop of Ajaccio, in Corsica, and died in 1582, leaving Tragedie Transportate Della Greca nell' Italiana Favella (Lucca, 1547).
