Hennig, Georg Ernst Sigismund

Cyclopedia of Biblical, Theological and Ecclesiastical Literature

a Lutheran theologian of Germany, was born January 1, 1746, at Jauer, in Silesia. In 1776 he accepted a call to Konigsberg, was professor of theology in 1802, and died September 23, 1809, leaving Glaubens- und Sittenlehre (Konigsberg, 1793), and a number of Sermons.
