Hoshama
Cyclopedia of Biblical, Theological and Ecclesiastical Literature
[many Hosh'ama] (Heb. Hoshama', הוֹשָׁמָע, whom Jehovah hears; Sept. ῾Ωσαμώ v.r. ᾿Ωσαμάθ and Ι᾿ωσαμώ), one of the sons of king Jehoiachin, born during his captivity (1 Chronicles 3:18). B.C. post 598. (See Strong's Harm. and Expos. of the Gospels, p. 17.) (See JEHOIACHIN).
