Cyclopedia of Biblical, Theological and Ecclesiastical Literature

(Heb. (Yaddav', יִדִּו, probably by erroneous transcription for יַדּוֹ, Yiddo'; "Iddo;" rather than for יִדִּי, Yadday', id., as in the margin; Sept. Ι᾿αδαϊ v v. r. Ἀδιά, Vulg. Jetdd), one of the "sons" of Nebo who divorced their Gentile wives after the Exile (Ezra 10:43). B.C. 459.
