Lyng, Georg Wilhelm
Cyclopedia of Biblical, Theological and Ecclesiastical Literature
a Lutheran theologian of Norway, was born in 1827. In 1869 he was professor at Christiania, and died May 19, 1884. Lyng is the author of Hedenskabets Leonetslob, i.e., a history of heathenism (1866). (B.P.)
