Nobilio (or Nobilis), Flaminio
an Italian theologian, who died at Lucca in 1590, edited, .at the instance of pope Sixtus V, Vetus Testamentum juxta LXX (Rome, 1587): — and translated the Septuagint into Latin; Vetus Testamentum Secundum LXX Latine Redditunm (ibid. 1588). He also wrote Annotationes in Vetesis. Testamenti, LXX Intevpretes, which are found in the London Polyglot. See Winer, Handbuch der theol.
