Omophorium

Cyclopedia of Biblical, Theological and Ecclesiastical Literature

(ὠμοφόριον , borne on the shoulder), a kind of scarf or stole worn by the Eastern bishops. It resembles the Latin pall, but is broader, and tied around the neck in a knot. (See VESTMENTS, SACRED).
