Richard of Hexham

Cyclopedia of Biblical, Theological and Ecclesiastical Literature

was the first prior of his house before 1138. He compiled a short history of the last two years of the reign of Henry I, and of the more remarkable events of that of Stephen, and a history of the Church of Hexham.
