Robins, Sanderson

Cyclopedia of Biblical, Theological and Ecclesiastical Literature

an English clergyman, was rector of St. James's Church, Dover, afterwards vicar of St. Peter's, in the isle of Thanet, and rural dean. He died in 1862. His principal works are, The Church Schoolmaster (Lond. 1850, 12mo): Agument for the Royal Supremacy (ibid. 1851, 8vo): Evidence of Scripture against the Claims of the Romish Church (ibid. 1853, 1854, 8vo): The Whole Evidence against the Devices of the Romish Church (ibid. 1858, 8vo): A Defense of the Faith (ibid. 1861, 8vo).
