Rogers, Timothy (1),

an English clergyman, was born in 1589, became preacher of Essex, and died in 1650. He wrote, Righteous Man's Evidences (Lond. 1619, 8vo; 12th ed. 1637): Roman Eucharist (ibid. 1621, 4to; 1631, 24mo): Good News from Heaven: A Faithful Friend True to the Soul: Christian's Jewel of Faith.
