Cyclopedia of Biblical, Theological and Ecclesiastical Literature

the name of an Antinomian sect of the Waldenses, which is mentioned by Reiner as agreeing for the most part with the Paterins, but as holding that no part of the body below the waist can commit mortal sin, because such sin proceeds "out of the heart."
