Sanger, Ralph, D.D.

Cyclopedia of Biblical, Theological and Ecclesiastical Literature

a Unitarian minister, son of Reverend Zedekiah Sanger, D.D., was born in Duxbury, Massachusetts, June 22, 1786. He graduated from Harvard College in 1808; then, after spending three years in the study of theology under his father, he was appointed tutor at Cambridge; was ordained pastor of the Church at Dover, Massachusetts, September 16, 1812, and continued there until his death, May 6, 1860.
