Sarcerius, Wilhelm
Cyclopedia of Biblical, Theological and Ecclesiastical Literature
The only son of the preceding, was pastor at Eisleben, but lost his position because of holding the opinions of Flacius (q.v.). He went, thereupon, to Mansfeld, where he died as court preacher. He published, Leichen-, Lauf-, und WasserPredigten: — Geistliches Herbarium: — Fechtschule Jesu Christi: — Hö llischer Trauergesang. See Herzog's Real-Encyklop. 20, 682-686.
