(Heb. Shimona', שַׁימוֹן , desert; Sept. Σεμών v. r. Σεμιών). a person vaguely mentioned (1 Chronicles 4:20) among the descendants of Judah in Canaan, and the father of four sons. 'B.C. post 1618.
