Shiphmite
Cyclopedia of Biblical, Theological and Ecclesiastical Literature
(Heb. with the article hash-Shiphmi' הִשַּׁפְמַי, partial adj.; Sept. ὁ τοῦ Σεφνί ), an epithet of Zabdi, David's chief viuntage master (1 Chronicles 27:27); probably as being a native of Shepham (q.v.).
