Cyclopedia of Biblical, Theological and Ecclesiastical Literature
(Heb. Shisha', שַׁישָׁא, an orthographical variation of Shavsha [q.v.]; Sept. Σεισά v.r. Σηβά ), father of Elihoreph and Ahiah, Solomon's secretaries (1 Kings 4:3); elsewhere called Shavsha (1 Chronicles 18:16), etc.
