(Heb. collectively with the art. hash-Shuni', הִשּׁוּנַי, patronymic from Shuni; Sept. ὁΣουνεί v.r. Σούν; A.V. "the Shunites"), a designation of the posterity of SHUNI (See SHUNI) (q.v.) the. son of Gad (Numbers 26:15).
