Cyclopedia of Biblical, Theological and Ecclesiastical Literature

a Methodist Episcopal minister, was born at Lexington, Kentucky, July 1, 1847. In 1872 he entered the Lexington Conference. He was a delegate to the General Conference of 1884, which elected him editor of the South- western Christian Advocate, and held that position until his death, September 11, 1887.
