Cyclopedia of Biblical, Theological and Ecclesiastical Literature

a Spanish monk, was born June 5, 1500, at Toledo. He was a very learned man, and one of the first who undertook the edition of the Biblia Complutensia, which cardinal Ximenes proposed.
