Walker, Francis
Cyclopedia of Biblical, Theological and Ecclesiastical Literature
one of Wesley's helpers was born at Tewkesbury, Gloucestershire. He was at the conference of 1753; labored in Wales and Cornwall. One of the great revivals in Cornwall was under his ministry (in 1744). He had his share in suffering persecution. Mr. Walker eventually married and settled in the city of Gloucester, where he died.
